This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium built in 2004 located only 5 miles from the entrance of Disney. The master bedroom has a king-size bed,TV and private full bathroom. The #2 bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The #3 bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils including all of the small appliances such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave etc, dishwasher, also has small round table with 2 chairs. Lounge has TV/VCR three seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa,it has beautiful lamp, pictures and other decor. Dinning area with glass iron base table and six heavy iron base chairs. Dryer and washer in closet in kitchen area. Need some fresh air? Step outside into the screened-in patio with table and chairs. Just a few steps and your standing at the entrance to the tennis court and gorgeous heated pool and hot tub. For you golfers, we are in the heart of it all. Frequently Asked Questions RESERVATION: A $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Reserved dates can be changed within reason depending upon availability. BOOKING PROCESS: Booking runs from Saturday to Saturday. Mid week booking is accepted as long as there is availability. You may book as many days as you prefer. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for less than 6 days booking. After receiving your completed rental form and the deposit a Confirmation of your reservation will be emailed within 2 days. The balance of money is due 3 weeks before your arrival. We will email your final confirmation and information about the key collection and directions once full payment is collected. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME: Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am on the departure date. Keys will be available in a lock box on the Door. PAYMENT METHOD We accept VISA,MC,DISCOVER,AMEX and PAYPAL Arrangements can be made if an alternative payment method is required (e.g. Personal check). Personal checks for balance of payment should be received 21 days prior to arrival date. SECURITY DEPOSIT Your credit card will be pre-approved for $200.00 security Deposit and will be only charged to recover any significant damage found to the Property or contents. CANCELLATION If you should cancel your reservation, there is a $50.00 administration fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the reserved arrival date your full amount will be forfeited.
