Welcome to Les Sables. This house is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the tranquil heart of the \"Puisaye\". Indeed, the church in the small local town of Treigny is the Cathedral of the Puisaye. Treigny, only 3 kms away, also has an excellent baker (closed Wednesday), an excellent Tabac / Brasserie (open all day every day) and a seperate bar establishment. Wider facilities such as a market (Wednesday), italian pizzeria and pharmacie are to be found in St Sauveur, 10 kms distant. 30 minutes to the SW is the wine growing region of Sancerre and its beautiful town overlooking the river Loire. 40 mins to the NE is the wine growing region of Chablis and Irancy. How perfect is that? The house sits in the middle of a large garden on top of a hill, giving excellent views to the south and west. This guarantees classic sunsets whilst you sit out in the garden enjoying your evening meals. The house is equipped with all modern facilities as indicated and is equipped with a double hot water tank providing enough hot water for all guest needs. A room in the cellar is available as a play room should it be needed. Not far away is the Lac du Bourdon where one can swim or sail. The Chateaux of Les Truyes de la Fontaine, St Fargeau and Ratilly are nearby. At the Chateau St Fargeau there is a Son et Lumiere and \"spectacular\" every Friday night throughout the summer and Chateau Ratilly holds music soirees. The valley of the Loire is also nearby.
