The property is a restored ‘Maison de Maitre’ with converted stone barn and outbuildings set in 13 acres of parkland on the edge of the medieval bastide village of Penne d’Agenais, Lot et Garonne.
The cottage or 'gite' has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is on 2 floors and has a large open plan living area a nd kitchen. The double doors open onto the patio where visitors take evening apéritifs. There is an 11 by 5 metre pool, and large games room as well as extensive grounds with a wonderful view of the hilltop village.

There is availability Low & Mid season (Oct 2009 to May 2010) from 500€/650€ or High Season 2010 at 850€ per week (July,August 2010). If we can help you in any way, don't hesitate to contact us.
