Located in the district of Montmartre, at 5 minutes by foot from the famous “Sacré Coeur”, this flat totally refurbished in 2008, is characterized by its calm, its brightness and its open sight. Completely furnished and equipped, it can accomodate up to 4 people (2 double beds). The subway line 12 (Lamarck Caulaincourt station) is at only 2 minutes walk (200 meters) which enables you to go in the center of Paris in hardly 15 minutes. Many trade (bakery, supermarkets…), stores and restaurants are located very closely. The flat is made up of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, an independent bathroom and toilets. The kitchen is entirely equipped: hotplates, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster… You will also find everything you need to cook (kitchen utensils, crockery) or to wash your clothes for the long stays (washing machine, domestic iron, ironing board, clothes line). Lastly, there is a large cupboard to arrange all your clothes. Also available with no additional charge : a television with access to 100 channels, phone, an unlimited broadband Internet access, a hi-fi system. The household linen is provided and included in the price (sheets, pillowcases, hand towels). The price for one week (7 nights) is 650€. For a stay below one week, the price is 125€ per night.
