Description : A private villa overlooking the sea near San Lorenzo al Mare. The living accommodation is all on one floor with panoramic views of the sea and coastline. For the shops and bars of San Lorenzo is only a 10 minute walk along the newly built seafront walkway which can take you 16 km to San Remo. This walk is has also been built for the many cyclists who visit this area.The comfortable accomadation comprises : three double bedrooms, living room, Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house is fully air conditioned. There is a covered patio for outdoor dining also a private entrance and space for three cars. San Lorenzo is a typical ligurian village on the sea front wtih restaurants bars and shops where visitors can eat then take a slow walk home along the promenard overlooking the sea and simply sit and watch the sun go down. Inland from the sea there are plenty of historical villages and sites to visit . Our property is in the centre of wonderful walking territory. These tracks are very peaceful and will enable you to admire the beautiful coastline and some of the historical villages in the surrounding area. The sport activities include swimming, sailing, skiing, golf, walking, mountain bikes, horse riding, tennis and water sports in general. The Ligurian Region is where the sea and mountains meet and our gastronomy includes flavours from both. There are a lot of recipes from the land which are centuries old and passed down from generation to generation sucOrmeasco, Pigato and Vermentino. And our olive oil from olive Taggiasche h as troffie al pesto, ravioli vegetariani, torta verde and Ligurian style rabbit. The seafood recipes includes sardines, anchovies, whitebait, prawns from San Remo. The price does not include: final cleaning (50Euros), gas for central heating (when needed) at Euro 1.50 per cubic metre, electricity for air-conditioned at stander price .
