The apartment is located on the first floor of one of Porto Maurizio's more majestic buildings overlooking the sea and coastline. It is located in one of the small streets at the historical centre of Porto Maurizio. The furnished apartment is spread over one floor and comprises : sitting room with television and sofa , and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and eating area. Two double bedrooms and bathroom also washing machine. The apartment has central heating and a large terrace where you can sunbathe or dine while taking in the spectacular views over the sea and city. Porto Maurizio is part of Imperia and the Parasio is in the center of the medieval village. There is no real need for a car in this village as everything is within walking distance and even the railway station is only 5 minute walk but for those with a car who want to explore surrounding areas there is ample parking in the town. Porto Maurizio is one of Liguria's more beautiful towns and offers everything from sandy beaches, good restaurants and nightlife also with plenty of activities for the young and very young.
