| Description:
The villa is warm and comfortably furnished.
The main entrance lead into a large open-plan living-dining room with glazed window overlooking the garden. To the right there is a well equipped kitchen with its own glazed door that lead directly in the garden; and to the left there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Straight on from the main entrance a small corridor lead in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with two beds and to the second bathroom.
The very large garden have a selection of mediterranean flora including green olives, oleanders, cypress, pines and much more.
There is a veranda, a rustic patio featured with barbeque and sink, and a good range of outdoor furniture and sunshades.
There are several terrace areas on the sea side of the property, and the descent to the sea is via well tended steps. The sea access itself is relatively easy as there is an underwater natural platform and a small protected bay with crystal clear waters. The water in the area is particularly clear, and perfect for snorkeling and swimming.
Interior facilities: Television, ceiling fans in bedrooms, hairdryer, iron, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, games, books.
