B4 - apartment of 45 mq with two bedrooms, one has a double bed and another has two bunks; kitchen, small sitting-room, veranda with a table outside, a car place, an independent entrance.
Trilocale three separated rooms situated in the back side of the house reached by outside stairs, every room has its own bathroom. They are two double-bed bedrooms and a large kitchen (A2, B2, tavernetta). There is a garden with a table and a small gym outside.
The apartments B1, B3 and Trilocale can be united together for three families. In this case these three separated apartments may have the same shared entrance.
Every apartment is new and supplied with a central heating system, water filters system, kitchen corner with a cooker, washing machine, plates, cutlery, pans
etc. proportioned to a number of the people. Barbeque, outside showers are included. There are also TV sets of 14 almost in every room.
