| Rental Rents and Availability:
High season
Christmas and New Year (22 December/7 January, minimum 4 nights) and for Easter week-end (10/13 April, minimum 3 nights) a 20% increase will be applied.
Low season
From January, 7 th to February 29 th, from August1 st to 31 st and from November 6 to December 6 st a 10 % reduction will be applied.
Check In time: after 2 pm
Check Out time: before 10 am
Conditions and Payments:
A 30% of the total amount is requested as deposit that can be payed by bank tranfer or postal order. Balance should be payed at keys consignement (we don't accept credit cards and foreign checks ). A downpayment of 100 euros - which will be returned at Check Out - is requested.
Cancellations:
Up to 3 weeks before Check In, a fix amount of 20 euros for bank expenses will be held. Less than three weeks before Check In the total deposit will be held.
