Set in green and lightly wooded countryside between the two picturesque villages of Gracay and Genouilly, La Coudre is a traditional oak- beamed Longere ( a French long house) that has been adapted into two separate self catering gites by owners Debbie and Richard Mc Garry. The Longere has been redecorated very recently and offers accommodation for up to 10 plus cot for a baby. It has a private dining patio outside with BBQ and its own garden. In addition there is the large swimming pool to share, set in a sunny walled area with sun terrace. Across the way is a separate games room with full size snooker table, table tennis, table football, Karaoke equipment and a self stocking bar. There is parking for several cars in the big gated front courtyard. Other facilities include a shared utility room, with washing machine and tumble drier, use of several bicycles, garden swings and toys. A three kilometres drive takes you to a non fee tennis court and of course, the area abounds in rich history, sensational chateaux, medieval cities, riversides, fishing lakes and many other attractions.

950 Euros per week. This includes utilities, towels and bed linen. Use of bicycles at own risk - helmets not supplied. Deposit of 400 Euros per week payable on arrival, returned after inspection on departure.
