| Description:
This a a 3 year old end of terrace in the centre of the village about 20 minuts drive from the beach and cagliari airport. The village (small town) has everything from shops to restaurants. You would need a hire car to go to the beach as public transport on the island is not reliable. This housewas my home for 3 years and has all the luxuries you would expect to find in a home as opposed to a property bought for renting. The house sleeps 4 to 8 people. Families only. There are stairs and is therefore not suitable for disabled. Parking is available on request.

| Rental Rents and Availability:
Available from mid may at £350 per week June £400, July £500, August £550, September £380. Avilable at various times from October to Mid May at £300 per week. Prices include gas, water, sheets, towels (not beach towels). Electricity consumption not included and will be calculated according to the meter reading. Final cleaning also not included £50.
