| Description:
This magnificent sprawling villa is located in the village of Forte de Sao Joao which is a suburb of Albufeira and is conveniently located between the “Strip” at Oura and the Old Town of Albufeira. Both have a lively nightlife with many music bars and night clubs. There is a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, both Portuguese and International.
There are four beaches to explore and all are within easy walking distance. Oura Praia or Golden Beach is at the foot of the Strip and is a large bay with golden sands and a very nice beach restaurant and snack bar. Forte de Sao Beach is a couple of minutes from your villa and is a bit smaller but quieter, there is a nice children’s playground and a lovely restaurant and snack Bar. Fisherman’s beach is a picture postcard and there are lots of activities and live bands playing there..if you can walk a bit further you can go through the Tunnel to Albufeira’s main beach which is very popular and good for watersports (are pedalos classed as watersports?). There is gliding, jet skiis, diving and big game fishing.

The prices shown are per week in 2009 for a maximum of 10 people .
Up to 6 extra people can be accommodated using the sofa beds in each of the lounges. For each extra person there will be a surcharge of 75 GBP to cover for extra bedding , towels , electricity , water etc .
A security deposit will be required on arrival of 80 Euros per person, this can be covered by credit card authorisation.
Cots & High-chairs are available for 30 Euros per week per booking .
Car hire is not essential for this location, but is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve - we can arrange this for you..
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the property.
