The complex has a large private swimming pool, secure electronic gates and is situated in the popular seaside resort of Scalea. The pool has a good size shallow area which is suitable for children who should always be supervised. Shutters and mosquito blinds are on all windows. The apartment consists of an open plan living room with sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, shower room and a private balcony with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The apartment also has the added benefit of it own parking space. Scalea is a great place for families with numerous great restaurants and ice cream parlors located throughout the town.

October to April - £250 per week May, June & September - £350 per week July - £500 per week August - £700 per week The above prices include bed linen, gas, water, electricity, cleaning upon departure and use of swimming pool. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required with bookings, balance payable 6 weeks before commencement of holiday with £150 refundable damage deposit.
