One-bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps. Well furnished flat situated in La Sella, a modern development with facilities for all the family. Extensive tropical swimming pools are shared by the community. Nearby is an 18-hole golf course and the opportunity to explore the local area. La Sella is 15minutes drive of local portside town, Denia, where it´s possible to catch ferries to Ibiza renowned for it´s lively nightlife. Also nearby is Javea, which can be reached by a short coastal drive. La Sella offers 2 good quality restaurants, various small bars and a small shopping complex. The local riding stables provide high-quality lessons for all capabilities and mountain day-treks are available for the more skilled rider. The local sport centre and fitness Gym are all within 5 minutes walk and provide 7 tennis courts and squash courts.
The apartment contains one large bedroom. The practical kitchenette looks on to the open-plan living space which is ideal for entertaining. With ample storage space throughout, outdoor BBQ and sunloungers on the two terraces, this light and airy apartment is ideal for young families, couples or groups of friends.
