Situated in a quiet rural mountain village with spectacular views of the Serra de Arada as a backdrop, the fragrance of the eucalyptus forests guarantee pure air and a relaxing vacation. For those who wish to explore the local region we are less than 20 minutes easy drive from the Costa Nova and Barra beaches with miles of golden sandy beaches, unpopulated and off the tourist track.
Each apartment has one double, one twin bedroom, both with en-suite, and a double sofa-bed in lounge/diner area which also incorporates a full size modern and fully equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the large outside patio there is also a gas BBQ to compliment the kitchen oven/hob unit.
We provide all bed linen, towels (except beach towels).
Because we adopt an honesty policy here there is no requirement for our guests to bring anything other than their personal clothing and toiletries - the honesty policy is: all coffee, tea, sauces, washing up liquid, etc. are provided as you would expect to find in your own home, but if any item runs out or is low prior to your departure, just replace that one item.
Each apartment includes a hair dryer and safe, games, books and a variety of outside activity games.
We also provide free-to-view UK TV and wire-less computer connectivity for your laptop with broadband by hiring the WLAN card for a small charge.
The salt water swimming pool for the private use of our guests has a telescopic cover and is heated and for the cooler months .
For larger parties or for total privacy, the two apartments can be conjoined to make one large villa accommodating up to 12 people.
