Description:
This is a fantastic property and is just 5 minutes drive to the fabulous golden sandy beaches. The local Town is a traditional working fishing port and hosts some of the best fish restaurants in Portugal. The prominade is lined with bars, cafes and restaurants. This is a calm and friendly place and lacks the lager louts that can often be seen at most of the Algarve resorts. The premises itself is lovely. Three large bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. Two large bathrooms with baths and shower attachments. The terrace is spectacular and is actually bigger than the apartment itself. Here there are loungers and a large table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped really well with all of the normal appliances you would have at home. Large fridge freezer, full oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, deep fat fryer, blender etc. Lounge has leather sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, Air Conditioning, Hi Fi.

Rental Rates:
Summer rates from June - September 875 euros a week

Xmas and Easter same as above

Winter and spring rates from 560 euros a week

Additional persons charged at an extra 35 euros a week or part week
