- In the Master Bedroom , you will find yourself sleeping beneath the original 16th century Burgundian-beamed ceiling. This room features a comfortable queen bed and a modern armoire with plenty of dr.
- The airy 2nd Bedroom features an ultra-comfortable queen sleeper sofa-bed. Located in the oldest part of the original building, this light-filled room is also an ideal spot for curling up with a go

Description:
The main entrance to Le Clos de Pommard is just a few steps from the private gated parking area, where there is reserved space for one car.
The focal point of this two-bedroom apartment of approximately 1000 square feet is a light-flooded great room, designed with three living areas:Kitchen, Living Area and Dining Area.

The modern, spacious main bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, sink with vanity, and toilet. No need to bring a hairdryer, as one is provided for your use.
An additional half bath, with toilet and small sink, provides a little extra comfort and privacy for a family or two couples traveling together.

One set of bed linens and bath towels are provided for you, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. For guests staying for two or more weeks, cleaning and fresh linens are provided at the end of each week.

For maximum comfort during cooler months, each room is equipped with individually controlled electric heating. While the thick stone walls and flow-through ventilation provide a naturally cool environment in the summer, fans are also provided for your use.

You will also find tour guide books, maps, local information, and insiders tips to enhance your stay.

While not formally designated as handicapped accessible, this apartment is all on the ground floor, when using the front street entrance.

Rental Rates:
The rental fee is 1100 Euros for 7 nights (Last Saturday in May to last Saturday in Sept), and 825 euros the rest of the year. This price includes all taxes and utilities. Please enquire about discounts for rentals of three or more weeks.

Pending availability, stays shorter than one week may be possible during some seasons. Please inquire.

A deposit of 350 euros is required to confirm your reservation and lock in your dates. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

A security deposit of 250 euros will also be due with your final payment, and will be refunded to you within 14 days of your stay, pending inspection of the apartment following your departure.
Well-behaved children are welcome.
Sorry, no pets. This is a no smoking property.
