On the ground floor there is 1 WC, kitchen/dining area seating for 6 people, with electric oven and grill, 4 ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, utility room with washing machine, iron/ironing board. The sitting room has TV, video, DVD and CD with radio with open fire. There is ample parking for 2/3 cars, oil heating, also open fire in sitting room.
