Description:
This is a luxury ocean front duplex (2 units, 1800 square feet each). Each unit has 3 bedrooms with an unobstructed ocean view, with an even better view from the great room/kitchen area. There are 2 ½ baths in each. Completed in 2003, they have all the amenities with lovely granite, marble and tile kitchen and bathrooms. The master suite has a 2-person whirlpool tub and a shower.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, dishwasher, and gas cooking appliances.
The great room has a cozy gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD with movies, a balcony facing the ocean, and magnificent views of the ocean and the offshore islands that make Bandon on the Oregon Coast so beautiful.

Rental Rates:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations from 14 to 29 days will receive 1/2 of booking. Cancellations within 2 weeks receive no refund.

Low season visits are allowed a 21 day full cancellation.

1/2 of rental amount to hold, balance in 2 weeks. 7% tax, refundable $300 security deposit. We pay normal cleaning.
