Antiche Terrazze is the perfect accomodation to discover and to live Naples: a city as fascinating as only a place with over 2.000 years of history can be.
From our apartment you can enjoy a wonderful, enchanting view of almost all the city ( The Reggia of Capodimonte, uptown, the city center downtown; and then the Castel Sant’Elmo, the Vesuvius, and the Gulf of Napoli with the island of Capri and the Penisola Sorrentina, with Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi). Moreover, on our wonderful terrace, you will have the oppotunity to have your luches or dinner, both prepared by you with the kitchen on the terrace or the one in the house, or provided by our staff so that you can taste truly home made Italian kitchen in front of a picturesque and unique landscape.
The apartment is divided into two independent units: one, called Studio Capri, is reserved for a member of the staff who will be available at your discretion to give you assistance for any need you may have, or to give you tourist informations or prepare you an Italian lunch or dinner; the other unit, called Apartment Marechiaro, is the one we rent, and it’s made up of two double bedrooms (both with an additional single bed), two bathrooms, one ensuite with shower, the other with large jacuzzi bathtub, a large and sunny living room (called of the Gulf) the large terrace on the roof and the kitchen.
The two units only share the entrance corridor and the kitchen, which would be used by the person of the staff with the maximum respect of our guests’ privacy.
All the rest of the Marechiaro unit is to the exclusive use of our guests.
Our house is in an ancient building of the 17th century, and on one of the most interesting artistic routes ( The Holy Mile). We are 5 minutes walking from the Park and Museum of Capodimonte and 15 min. walking (through another route of interest) from the National Archeological Museum and the heart of the historical center.
Airport, port and train station are no more than 15 minuts far from us and allow you to reach in avery easy ancheap way near great interest sites as Pompei, Capri, Sorrento...)

Rental Rates:
Prices per week are varying from 800 to 1400 euro/week.

Cleaning costs per booking: 60€ for 1 to 7 days stay.
