Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible depending on your arrival and departure dates. Time of checking-in should be no earlier than 2pm with departure time being no later than 10am. If this does not fall within your flight times please contact owner for arrangements.
ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with kingsize bed and wardrobes.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink with underneath storage and mirror.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and fan, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, sink, cupboard space and all cutlery, crockery and essential equipment included. Ironing board and iron also provided.
Living Rooms: Satellite Television and Wireless Internet. Brand new corner-settee-sofa bed which pulls out and can serve as a double bed.
Including DVD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Plenty of towels and linen provided. Maid Service on arrival and departure. Extra maid service can be available anytime at extra charge.
Notes on accommodation
The property does not require air-conditioning since it is always cool inside due to it being on the ground floor. A heater and cooling fans are available in this property if needed. The property and location is perfectly suitable for couples and small families.
Accessibility
Due to the property being on the ground floor it is accessible for anyone with mobility problems as there are no stairs to climb.
Outside
The private patio and driveway is accessed from Double French doors with 4 chairs and tables.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve is renowned for its lovely Golden Beaches. There are several beaches in Carvoeiro with the main beach which is 10 Minutes walking distance from the accommodation which also offers a beach bar and many snack bars.

There are two 18-hole golf courses at the Pestana estate (Gramacho & Vale De Pinta) and a 9-hole course (Vale De Milho) all located in Carvoeiro. Also several other courses which are 20-30 mins drive of Carvoeiro.
Travel
Car hire is not essential, as there are plenty of airport transfer from the Airport, including Taxis, buses and also a very cheap airport Transfer shuttle bus (If the Airport Transfer is required please contact the owner for additional information and rates. Alternatively there are plenty of car hire companies at the airport. However, it is highly recommended to pre-book car hire to get it at discounted rates (If Car hire is required please contact the owner for cheap car hire rentals)

Booking notes
A £150 deposit will be required immediately after requesting your holiday dates, for any damage or breakages which may occur. The deposit will be refunded after inspection. Full booking payment must be paid promptly within 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking after the 8 week period then full amount is required.
