The farm actively encourages wildlife and is home to a wide range of mammals and birds. There is a sheltered, enclosed and private garden where guests can enjoy summer barbecues as they watch magnificent sunsets over the Isle of Arran.
The 4 bedroom bungalow is very well equipped and comfortable, cosy and welcoming, sleeping up to 7 adults with extra beds for smaller children. Access is via a tarmac private road where children can cycle or play in safety. Large secure parking area beside house.

Friendly farmer/owner lives next door and is willing to give farm tours on request.

Local country pub serving meals is within 20 mins walk and village of Coylton (2 miles) has excellent chip shop, grocers, chemist, games hall and gym.
The historic town of Ayr is 15 mins drive away with its many golf courses, beaches and extensive shopping. Excellent fishing is available as well as designated cycle routes, horse-riding and scenic walks.
