The entrance is to the rear of the property from a narrow cobbled street that could easily be missed, and that gives no clue to this wonderfully restored house. Split into two ‘maisonette' style apartments we are offering the downstairs half of the house with its own patio, an ideal place to sunbathe and cool off when required. The interior of the house provides comfortable accommodation for 4 with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with patio doors to a terrace, ideal for outdoor cooking on the built in barbecue. The owner, a well known local artist, who's work can be seen in many places in the Algarve, has made his impression throughout this unique and very affordable holiday home.
Approximately 500m from the beach, the shops and restaurants are on the doorstep.
Entrance up steps to the living room room with satellite TV and DVD. 1 double bedroom with small balcony, 1 twin bedroom with small balcony, modern kitchen, 1 bathroom. Maid service once a week(min. 2 weeks’ stay).

Prices:



Low season € 280 per week: Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb,



Low to mid season € 490 per week: March



Mid Season € 560 per week: April, May, Oct



High season € 630 per week: June, July, August, September



The prices are for 2-4 persons, for every person more 50 Euro/week.

Extra costs for electricity during the months October – March.
