The region is one of the most charming and unspoiled departments of southwest France with stony hilltops guarding some awesome gorges; rich in history, this is also a land of medieval villages, magnificent castles and perfectly preserved bastide towns

Nestled on 3 acres of land, the tastefully decorated house comprises two gîtes, completely self-contained, each with an independent entrance and equipped with all modern essentials

You are invited to relax in the open-plan living room with its log fire and large bay windows with wonderful views over the grounds
Fitted kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo coffee maker; the utility room with washing machine and dryer is shared by the two gîtes and accessible via an outside door

A holiday in the South of France would be not complete without a swimming pool and a pétanque pitch
The functional design of the heated swimming pool at «La Bouygues » guarantees fun for young and old from May until September. The shallow end is equipped with large steps and a gentle slope takes you to a depth of 1,60m. Thanks to salt water technology, the pool is sanitized without chemicals
And why not challenge friends or family for a game of good old French style fun on the near professional petanque area!

For families with very small ones, there are two baby cots with linen, changing mats, highchairs, a baby bath, baby bouncer, Beaba baby cook, baby monitors, beds, hammocks, all terrain 3 wheel stroller and even bath toys, plastic cutlery and crockery, and night lights - Slightly older children will be kept busy by oodles of toys, books, buckets & spades, swings and paddling pools and rides – and that's before they even discover the specially-built tree house in the garden outside

Enjoy a carefree moment with your children spotting frogs in the pond and watching dragonflies hover across; your kids can run around safely, the pond and the little dead end forest road are fenced

If you're feeling energetic, the grass field the size of a football field is perfect for ball games

In the evening, catch up with family and friends as the meat on the barbecue sizzles and indulge in a glass or two of excellent Gaillac wine; enjoy the quiet life first hand!

Rental Rates:
equipped for up to 8 persons + baby

rental rates per week, bed- and bath linen, electricity and water included

low season: 450€ based on an occupancy of 2 people (+ baby); per additional person +50€ with a maximum of 650€/week

mid season: 575€ based on an occupancy of 2 people (+ baby); per additional person +75€ with a maximum of 875€/week

high season: 1200€

rentals from Saturday to Saturday, arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am

non smoking property

obligatory final cleaning: 50€

in the low season, on request, 10€ supplement per day for heating charges
