The home is set with a True South facing rear aspect, ensuring Sun all day long.

The home has beautiful gardens with tropical palms and neat borders all maintained to a high standard.

There is a large extended lanai outside with seating and fan/light for those lazy evenings outside, by the pool. There is ample seating, tables, and sun lounger's in which to relax in the glorious Florida Sun.

The pool is extremely private and safe for children..... of all ages !. One of the main advantages of this home is, because of its location, there is no requirement for screens or ugly wooden fences restricting the garden/lake view. You have total privacy and no risk of a "noisy group" behind you spoiling your holiday !

ENTRANCE The beautiful light entrance greets you as you open the front door. There is a large fully equipped laundry with large washing machine, separate dryer, iron, etc, off the hallway.

Leading from the hallway is the first formal Dining area.

LIVING ROOM The spacious living room is well furnished with comfortable sofas, bed settee, and chairs. It has a large TV, CD/hi-fi, Video, DVD player and ceiling fan/light. This light luxurious living room has a large window facing South over the Pool and Lake. There are large glazed alarmed doors which open out onto the pool area and gives Southern views over the lake and conservation area. You can sit in the living room with unrestricted views along the full length of the private Lake. The sunrises and sunsets are stupendous from this house.

BEDROOMS The home has three large bedrooms. It has Two double bedrooms.

Bedroom one has the largest bed you have ever seen!, a full Dual King sized bed, walk in wardrobe with Safe, ceiling fan/light TV/video, clock radio, telephone dressing table and bedside cabinets and lamps, and has a large en suite, with facilities including separate his/hers wash basins, separate bath, separate large shower cubicle, and a separate roomed toilet.. This bedroom looks South over the pool/lake affording both privacy and astounding views along the full length of the lake.

The second double bedroom has a large Queen sized bed, large wardrobe, ceiling fan/light, clock radio, bedside cabinets and lamps, and is adjacent to the second bathroom, which has shower, bath tub, and wash basin and toilet. .

The third bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes, clock radio, and ceiling fan/light, bedside cabinet and lamp. This bedroom has access to the second bathroom. The second luxurious bathroom has wash basin, separate bath/shower and w.c.

All bed linens and towels are provided and hairdryers are situated in the bathrooms.

The home has a brand new cot, a playpen, and high chair for your small ones.

Our home can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, together with all your plates, cutlery,linens, etc.

Situated off the kitchen is a "nook", or second dinning area where you can sit and look over the pool and lake. This separate dining area has easy access to the kitchen and is a favourite with guests as it has large glazed doors which open out onto the pool area.

POOL Outside is a beautiful covered pool, 24' long by over 15' across, it varies in depth from 3' to over 6' and faces South onto the lake and conservation.The pool deck is extended to give you more room for Sun bathing or relaxing. There is a small landscaped area within the pool enclosure. The Southern aspect ensures all day sun in a totally covered pool to protect you from any insects but still enabling a tan.

If the Sun is out the pool is in full Sun!!

You have no fences or other homes behind you here, just open views, and due to the size of the lake you are ensured privacy to swim and sunbathe at your leisure.

The extended pool deck or lanai, gives plenty of room for the sun beds and chairs, (no fighting to get your towels out in the morning here !) The pool and lanai has lights for those cooling evening swims after the "parks". The pool can be heated in the cooler months (recommended Oct to Feb see rates/prices). However due to the South facing aspect, the pools stays warm throughout the other months.

Due to the South facing aspect there is a purpose built shaded area by the pool, leading from the nook to the pool, which has further table/chairs with a ceiling fan/light for those evening drinks by the pool, or those necessary "cooling off periods". (Please note the sun is very strong in Florida all year round so bring plenty of sun tan cream!.)

We have a personal, professional and well established local management company who are on hand to assist you with any query or service. They live just across the road from the Villa. Their number is listed within the home and they can be contacted, by free telephone, and will assist you at a moments notice.

Please note we do not allow pets in our Villa and discourage smoking within the home. Please respect our views and smoke outside or by the pool area. We maintain the home to a high standard for your enjoyment.
