Each room has separate air conditioning and floor heating controls. The apartment is part of a villa built in 2010. Quiet area with plenty of parking space.

The house is built on ecological principles of natural cooling and lighting, solar energy, rainwater collection, gray water re-use. We also encourage our guests to concious use of water and electricity and to recycle and compost.

Herzelia is 10 min. drive from the beach, 20 min. from Tel Aviv and 30 min. from the airport. There are parks, shops and restaurants in walking distance too.

Rental Rates:
The price is per night. Minimum stay 4 nights. Shorter stay comes out relatively more expensive,

because of cleaning and laundry expenses.

Lower prices possible with longer stays.
