This is a great holiday place, right in IBIZA TOWN by the sandy Figueretas beach in Town which is only a minute's walk away.

This is a well-appointed ground+first floor duplex apartment. Unlike many others which are in big impersonal blocks, this apartment is in a villa in a residential street (so, not over a noisy bar!) and gives a great feeling of privacy yet it is right in Ibiza Town, by the sandy beach.
So, you don't need to hire a car to get about. All in Town is easy walking distance ...shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs... and the beach! There is a nice swimming pool a couple of minutes away, with a bar, and nice views from the terraces, behind the apartment, which you can use.

The apartment is entered from the terrace, into the lounge, kitchen, dining area. The kitchen is fully-fitted with washing-machine, fan oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The lounge has a comfortable double sofa-bed and a 47 inch satellite and digital TV with WIFI.
Electric fans are provided and timed heating/air conditioning. The bedroom is upstairs and has a comfortable king-sized bed and there's an LCD satellite TV - and the bathroom, with shower is adjacent.

WIFI is accessible throughout the apartment and garden area.

There's a large table + chairs in the garden terrace for eating-out.

A high wall and foliage screens and gives good privacy from neighbours and street with the entrance through a locked door in the garden wall.

Rental Rates:
Now that there are plenty of flights to Ibiza between November and March, many more visitors now go to Ibiza during these months which are considered 'out-of-season' compared to the hot and heaving summer season. Many more visitors are now opting for this period as it opens up other possibilities beyond sizzling in the sun and clubbing. Sightseeing in Ibiza Town ...and it is a World Heritage Site, with a thousand years of history to explore ...is more congenial in cooler temperatures yet you can still enjoy nice sunny days but without the intensity of heat to wear you down! Likewise, a good network of buses can take you on explorations around the island, maybe coupled with walking, cycling (or car hire...). The range of possibilities are extensive... and there are golfing facilities too! IBIZA TOWN has a good buzz and energy all year so bars and restaurants are open in the winter unlike many summer tourist resorts which are dead in the winter months.

We offer special discounted rates as below, between November and March and include heating as required. If you stay during these months, for a month, a 20% discount is applied and if you stay for 2 months, a 40% discount is applied. so, if you are retired and want to escape Northern European winters, or to write that book that you have been meaning to get round to, this apartment in IBIZA TOWN could provide you with a good, economical option.
