The view from the balconies of the house is breathtaking especially during the sunset which takes place just in front of the villa overlooking the greater Attika plains and of course the beautiful Aegean Sea.
The villa is available for weekly rentals and provides comfortable spacing to sleep up to 7 people and to cater for all their needs.
The property is located only a 100 meters walk from the main square of the village (the last point reachable by car) completeley isolated from any noise and traffic. It has an open view overseeing the Aegean Sea (please look at pictures uploaded).
Kea is the most northern island of the Cyclades at a short distance from Athen sand its International Airport. Within a 30 minute drive from the airport you reach Lavrio port where regular boat trips take you and your car if needed to the beautiful island.
This property is located at Ioulida village, the chora of the island of Kea.
The village is full of cobblestone pavements and provides a wide range of shops and restaurants where you can relax and enjoy yourself. Among others it is highly recommended to visit the Archaeological Museum of the Island as well as to take a walk towards the Lion statue.
