The Vacation Home Verde Umbria was born after the carefully restructure of a very ancient and rural stone house (17th century) located in a peaceful and panoramic place, on the greens hills of Umbria. This is a typical umbrian structure, with its mellow field stone walls , original antiques full restructured, rare "pianelle" and the great and comfortably atmosphere of a welcoming villa.
Ground floor: Large living/dining room with a large cozy natural fireplace, sofa bed, hand-carved table for 12, color television, fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microvawe and a large selection of pottery and utensils); small hallway, and bathroom with shower.
First floor: Three large sized and carefully furnished double rooms; bathroom with shower; a small balcony with a separate entrance.

Amenities: Independent heating, fully equipped kitchen, weekly change of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen linens and towels, color television, hair dryer, washing machine, barbecue, cd player-stereo, firewood for the fireplace, two mountain bikes and private and covered area for parking 2 cars. Available upon request: cleaning service and baby sitter. Private and furnished garden immersed in the countryside, 25 meters from the house.

Rental Rates:
Low season ( october, december, january, february, march):Euro 350

Middle season: (september, may, june) Euro 450

High season ( from the 20th of december to the 8th of january, Easter, july, august) Euro 560



Rates are for up to 5 guests, additional beds are extra charged (euro 100 each per week).

Rates include:

electricity, water, hot water;

linens and towels;

final cleaning;

full equipped kitchen;

private parking and garden;

amenities as described on the web site.

Rates DO NOT include:

gas for heating: as per meter, payable locally only during the cold season.
