Description:
Everyone who has rented it, love it. The house is situated close to Fortaleza, in Porto Das Dunas. It's only 20 minutes by car to the international airport, to the city centre and to the football- stadio. There are 500 metres to the most wonderful beaches of the world, and to The Beach Park, the biggest Acqua park in South America.
There are 20 houses sharing a swimming-pool and a small sportsfield. Around the houses there is a wall with a guard watching the gate day and night. The house has two floors, a double garage, a veranda upstairs and a small garden downstairs. There you'll find a barebque and a outdoors- shower. If you walk 500 metres, you'll find the most beautiful beaches.

Rental Rates:
There are still some free weeks in 2008,from November 23rd to December 19th.

The price will be from 400 to 500 euros per week, depending on what season or how many families and/or grown-ups.

Additionallly you'll have to pay for end-cleaning, electricity (not much) and Internet.

Towels and linen are free.
