This 2005 built apartment is situated on the top floor of a 3 storey apartment block in a quiet location affording views of the mountain area and overlooking the swimming pool area. It is furnished to a high standard having a fully fitted open plan kitchen area looking out onto the lounge / diner. The lounge consists of two sofa beds sleeping an adult or two children on each, a dining table and TV with DVD player (numerous DVDs), Playstation 1 complete with games and CD player.
Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed and complete with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is twin bedded and complete with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is complete with a bath and shower. There is also a seperate shower room for added comfort. the apartment has 2 balconies, one overlooking the pool area and the other offering privacy to the rear of the premises. The apartment is complete with smoke alarms in all rooms and is fully covered for public Liability insurance. An allocated shaded parking place is available. Car hire can be arranged.At the entrance to the complex is a small cafe serving excellent meals throughout the day and a further 100 yards away is a kiosk selling groceries, drink, papers etc. Paphos harbour is a 10 minute walk away and all other amenities are with a 10 minute drive away.
