Situated in the heart of the countryside, just one minute's walk to Peristerona village, this exquisite 5 bedroomed villa's location offers tranquillity and spectacular views over the open countryside to the mountains and the sandy beach at Latchi (Chrysochou Bay.)

The property is built in the traditional Cypriot style, stone walls inside and out, and bamboo and wood ceilings, and is fully air-conditioned and heated. The property has central heating (radiators) for cooler months. Pay there. This villa may be suitable for guests with disabilities, as there is one twin bedroom on the ground floor, and access to the pool is via front door, 3 steps, and then around the side of the house via a ramp to the poolside, (no further steps).
The accommodation comprises of five double/twin bedrooms, 4 of which are upstairs.
Upstairs:
• Master double has en-suite Jacuzzi/w.c.
• 3 x twin bedrooms.
• Shower, w.c.
• All bedrooms have balcony with beautiful view.
• Roof terrace has magnificent views across the Akamas National Park to the sea at Latchi, (Latsi) and the foothills of Troodos Mountains in the centre of the island.
Downstairs:
• 2 x sitting rooms equipped with fireplace, TV, video, CD hi-fi, and radio.
• 1 double bedroom.
• Shower, (with plastic curtain, can put a chair in for guests with disabilities) w.c.
• Guest w.c. Kitchen has dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and toaster.
• Laundry room with washing machine.
• Dining area.
• Doors to verandah with sea views and BBQ
• Gated steps to lower level and small kitchen and mini-bar.
• Beautiful garden with 2 HEATED swimming pools; one is kidney shaped 8m x 4m, with ladder and steps, and the other a separate Jacuzzi pool.
• Shower, w.c. Shaded pergola. Parking for 3 cars at front of property.
• Sunloungers and garden furniture.




Guests are welcome to pick the lemons and fruit from the surrounding gardens, and to try the owner's home made Cypriot "whisky" Zivania.
The village bar/coffee shop and mini-market are one minute's walk. Nearest taverna is 3km in Lysos. Polis, with its sandy beaches, banks, restaurants and interesting shops, and Chrysochou Bay, a wonderful rugged coastline protected from development and backed by hills, are only 8km.

Pool heating CY£16 day, each pool, minimum 7 days, pay there. Pre bookable.





Deposit (50%) by cheque; £200 minimum deposit.

Hi Irene,



Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much we enjoyed the villa. The views were lovely and Alex made us feel most welcome. Everywhere we visited just didn't compare to the villa, so we spent most of our time there. We went into the mountains a couple of times, the roads are pretty exciting and the yellow ones on the map are not for the faint hearted! There is a donkey near the villa and he's very sweet . Thank you again for arranging everything for us. I cant tell you how pleased I was when I called you and you said you could arrange everything for us. I was giving up hope of getting anywhere nice to stay at such short notice. The villa was amazing and Alex was very charming, we will definitely be returning. I think it may have ruined all other villas we stay at in the future!

Hi Irene



Just to let you know that we had a really lovely time in Cyprus 11.08.04 to

25.08.04 staying at the Alexandros Palace. The villa was definitely

palatial and Alexandros made us really welcome and

visited with melons, figs, apples and eggs during our stay. We loved the

Polis/Latchi area, which was very laid back and we met some really lovely

Cypriot people who couldn't have made us more welcome.
