A local fruit market and a large, modern supermarket are within a few minutes walk; and traditional local handicraft shops - nestling alongside modern boutiques and stores - can be found in the centre of Paralimni.

In contrast, beautiful 'Fig Tree Bay' and the picturesque nature reserve 'Cape Greco' are just a 10-15 minute car drive away; a selection of reputedly some of the best sandy beaches on the island are just 5-10 minutes away, making this a lovely and convenient location for a relaxing family holiday; ideal for couples and families of all ages.

1 Jul 07 to 30 Sep 07 @ GB£300 p/w + GB£45 p/day for additional days.

Minimum occupancy is one full week. Changeover days are flexible - Check In is after 3pm on date of arrival / Check Out is before 11am on date of departure.



To reserve dates a deposit of GB£100 will be required at time of booking. This deposit is non refundable if booking is cancelled by client. Balance of rental costs will be required a minimum of 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Late bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking.
