The complex is on the coast just a few miles down the road from the peaceful but quite well known resort of Corralejo (10 mins drive). The airport in the other direction is just 20 mins drive.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a development of just 158 apartments, which are only three storeys high. There are 3 pools, a small supermarket, and a bar/restaurant. The apartment blocks benefit from a wonderous sea view, and a five-minute stroll will take you to the natural undeveloped sea front. (The nearest sandy beach is a five min drive).
The apartment is furnished to a high specification and is fully equipped.

It has two double bedrooms (one with pull out single mattress on wheels that makes up into two singles or a double) and has fitted wardrobes to both rooms.
The lounge/dining room has a sofa bed to sleep two more persons, dining table and chairs, coffee table storage wall units and a 21 inch T.V., and views out of the large patio doors over one of the pools.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with full size oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all the usual utensils you should need.
The bathroom is fitted with bath with shower over, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The patio doors lead out to a good size private sun terrace with table and chairs.
