Only 1 hour from Geneva airport, it is located at 1300m, surrounded by trees and bordered by a mountain stream. With direct access to the ski pistes via a flat 50m walk, it is also only a short walk to local bars, sport shops and restaurants. It faces west and has spectacular mountain sun sets from the lounge and dining room looking across the valley to the cross country pistes and the charming old village of Le Chinaillon.
It is very comfortably furnished and beautifully finished with an authentic ‘mountain escape’ feel. In the summer The Tour de France regularly comes through Le Grand Bornand. There is mountain biking, paragliding, climbing and swimming available in Le Chinaillon Le Grand Bornand and pony trekking in Thones. Lake Annecy is also close by.

Rental Rates:
Summer weeks - 600 euro per week
Winter off peak - 900 euro per week
Winter peak - 1500 euro per week

A 25% non-refundable deposit is requested at the time of booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before the commencement of you holiday. In addition a £250 security deposit is required which will be returned provided the apartment is left clean and without damage. Payments can be made by cheque or debit/credit card.
