Apartment fully furnished of 70 square metre for rent since May 2009 to September 2009. The apartment has two floor. In the first floor there are a living/dining room, a kitchenette and utility room and in the second floor there are a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The house has indipendent entrance and has two spacious balconies and a small garden.
The furniture is in perfect condition as the whole house structure. There are insect screens on each windows, washing machine, fridge, two televisions (living room and double bedroom), a dvd reader in the living room and a radio.
The couch in the living room can become a double bed.
The telephone is not present.
We make also available two bicycles from I walk.
The animals are well you accept.
The apartment can quietly house 3 people and also wanting 5 in the case in which it suited for them to sleep on the couch, since it is very comfortable and ample.
The apartment is found at the Street Ettore Maiorana (in plain) to Grottammare to few footsteps from the center and to only 5 minutes on foot to the beach.
Near aroud the house we find anything can be useful: supermarket, tobacconist, gym, platform bus, rental dvd, cafe, veterinarian, photographer, restaurants etc. etc.
