Mountain bikes are available for rental; in the surroundings you will find the following facilities: Golf course, hard - tennis court, riding school, flight ground and pool.
•All the holiday apartments are furnished with independent air - conditioning unit , a pretty fireplace in the living room and a small outside place in front of the entrance.
•All the holiday apartments have an own bathroom with a shower and a "Iacuzzi" hydromassage bath.
•All the holiday apartments are equipped with satellite television, DVD/CD driver and Internet access.
•Wide parking area at 100 mt.
•Distance from the village centre and shops: less than 100 mt.

Rental Rates:
BOOKING FORMALITY:

• It is possible to book a place at "Appartamenti la Rocca" upon express notice of the availability of the accommodation given by the staff who takes care of bookings.

•The reservation will be registered and confirmed within the next working day.

BOOKING:

• The booking requires a deposit of 50% of the total price payable with Bank Transfer,

REGULATIONS:



• The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Appartamenti La Rocca.

• The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque.

• A caution deposit of 150 € is required.

• Arrivals must be between 16.00 and 20.00. Guests are requested to inform of the expected time of arrival (check-in) at the apartment within the previous week by fax or via e- mail. At your arrival, please dial the number to allow the check in.

• Rooms must be left by 10:00.

• 7 day stays can start from Saturday to Saturday

• Animals are not allowed.

• Extra cleaning service (20 € per hour) and extra linen change (10 €) are not included in the price.





CANCELLATION POLICY:



Cancellations up 60 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.

Cancellations up 42 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.

Cancellations up 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.

Cancellations after 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
