Our newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath units sit on top of a hill. They have a balcony in front with a gorgeous ocean view where you can sit and listen to the sound of the waves crash on the beach. Our 2 story units have a 2 car garage with automatic opener. Inside, they are fully furnished and can be rented for a few days or a few weeks. We also have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. It is a 2 block easy walk down to the ocean. The beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, laying in the sun or people watching. Lifegaurds are on duty during weekends, summer months and holidays.

We have 3 rentals available and each has a different beach related theme. Although each rental is the same size (1250 sq. feet), the bed configurations are different in each unit. Each unit has a queen bed in 1 bedroom however the second bedroom has either a bunk bed (twin over a full bed) or a trundle with a pull out or a another queen. In the living room upstairs, there is a sofa bed.

The entire downtown area of Avila Beach has been rebuilt in the last 2 years. It boasts a fun new childrens park, a small grocery store and deli as well as new restaurants and stores. It is no longer a rundown little town. It is beautiful, upscale and the place to be. The weather is warm year round and it is consistently much warmer and less foggy than Pismo Beach. The California Central Coast is waiting for you.
