Luxury 4 bed-roomed (2 master) villa with a pool situated at Westbury in Davenport. We have furnished our home to a high standard providing you with all the comforts you would require to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable.We can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a spacious family lounge, kitchen and dining area, that overlooks the extended pool and deck area and a covered lanai to offer shade for those who would rather not sit out in the sun.
Living Areas:
The villa has an open plan living area, the lounge area is equipped with Large Screen Cable TV, a Playstation 2/DVD Player and a CD Player. There are two large sofas, one of which makes up into a double bed. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. There is a dining area which seats 6, and a Breakfast bar with stools for two more guests, and of course you could choose to eat out by the pool.
Master Bedrooms:
The 2 Master Bedrooms are both ensuite, one with a Queen size bed and one with twins. Each are equipped with Cable TV, and DVD players. The main master has direct access to the Pool Deck. The bathrooms are equipped with large walk in showers, basins and water closets.
Other Bedrooms:
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share a bathroom, One bedroom has twin beds, the other a full (double) bed and both have the benefit of Cable TV. The twin room also has a Nintendo Game Cube.
Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the private pool with oversized pool deck, and covered lanai. The area behind the villa is a dry retention area, so our villa does not back up to another villa and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 6 sun loungers, plus a table and 4 chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. We also have a large double garage , so you don't have to go out to a baking hot car each day! We have installed a 4 in 1 game table in the garage, comprising of Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey and Table Tennis.
Location & Surroundings:
Westbury is a lovely, quiet community which is in the main a rental area. It is set amongst orange groves and due to its location is an ideal place to relax after a hectic day at the parks. It is quite a small community and is 5 minutes from the I4.

Low Season......................US$860 pw / US$125 per night

Mid Season......................US$950 pw / US$135per night

High Season.....................US$1040pw / US$150 per night

Peak Season.....................US$1125pw / US$160 per night



Pool heating....................US$150 pw / US$25 per day

All prices include tax and cleaning charge

Cleaning charge for less than 6 nights is US$85

No minimum stay
