Barisardo_apartments three km from the sea

Description:
The house we are offering for rent for your holidays finds in Barisardo, a country by the sea, on the east coast of Sardinia.
Is situated in Mare street that links the country to one of the most beautiful seasides in the area, Torre di Bari, just three kilometers away. Thanks to its favourable position, you can get to the beach avoiding the traffic of the country and, at the same time, take advantage of services such as banking, post and shops within walking distance.
The apartments have indipendent entrance on the street or directly from the garden, furnished with a veranda or a balcony. The veranda are equipped with table and chairs in order to eat in the open air. The garden, in common with the other hosts, is closed with automatic gate, equipped of barbecue and external shower. Every apartment has the possibility to park an car in the courtyard and to use the washing machine.
There are four tipes of apartments:
- Four-room flat_7 beds
Living room-kitchen, veranda, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Three-room flat_5 beds
Kitchen, veranda, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Three-room flat_6 beds
Kitchen, balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
- Two-room flat_5 beds
Living room - kitchen, veranda, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

Rental Rates:
The indicated prices are weekly and include electricity, water, gas consumption and final cleaning.

From the 04 July to 29 August the minimal stay is 2 weeks.

For advanced stays to the two weeks reduction in price of 10% (excluded July and August).

Arrival: saturday hours 14, Departure: saturday hours 10

It is possible to arrange the arrival or midweek departure

It is not possible to accommodate persons in higher number than the expected bed places.

Services available upon request: bed linen and towels, a cleaning woman during the stay, added bed (where possible, with supplement).

The minimal account is 30% to the reservation. Balance on delivery the keys.
