This Beach Villa has three air-conditioned, bathrooms en suite bedrooms, sitting, dining, lounge area, lawn, garden, terrace, and a modern kitchen.

The house was built and designed as a second home for the family so it is not one of those commercial places put together to make a fast buck. A lot of thought has gone to making this house comfortable, relaxing and a pleasure to live in.

All three bedrooms are upstairs to provide more privacy and less disturbance from the activity in the family area downstairs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have attached bathrooms with running hot water.

For your entertainment all rooms have televisions connected to Satellite DTH. The sitting room is provided with a DVD and CD player and a large 29 inch TV. An extra bathroom/wash room is conviniently provided downstairs.

The kitchen is well laid out, modern and fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs. All kinds of gadgets, dishes, glasses, cutlery and equipment are thoughtfully provided and accessible to make rustling up a meal easy.

The additional lounge area is a relaxing place to gather together with your friends and family for a drink. A great place to relax on the swing and the easy chairs. Then there's the garden and the lawn area for the adults to relax and for the kids to play around. Or one could go up to the roof top and get a glimpse of the ocean.
