Location:
This is a lovely apartment on a new development just beside the long sandy beach of playa de La Mata. There are an abundance of bars, restaurants and local supermarkets nearby with the large Carrafour hypermarket only 5 mins drive away. There are bus stops just outside on the main road to take you to Torrevieja town centre every 15 minutes.
Our location is exactly half way from Alicante and Murcia airports which are 30 mins drive away. We recommend car rental as they are quite cheap in Spain from £10.00 per day and the roads are not as stressfull as the UK roads. Airport transfers can be arranged and are from 40.00 euros each way from both airports.

Nearby:
The beach of La Mata is a lifeguard controlled beach and has no watersports so is very safe swimming. For the watersport enthusiasts you can go to the next beach of Guadamar where they will cater for every need there. The Aquapark and Olympic swimming pool is about 20 mins walk away or 5 mins by car and is good for the kids and adults as a substitute for the beach.
6 International 18 hole golf courses are all within 30 mins from our apartment and another 2 are under construction at present with being due to open in mid 2007.

Additional Information:
We supply bath towels for your convenience but please bring your own beach towels.
There is a clean/laundry fee of 55.00 euros to be paid locally on arrival at the apartment to our caretakers. A meet and greet fee of 15 euros is also compulsary when arriving but this fee can be waivered if airport transfers are ordered through us.
