The villa consists of 2 semi-detached houses, each being 1500 sq ft in area, with its own entrance and parking. It is situated in a safe and quiet area, yet near essential amenities and the beaches.

Each house comprises 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 5 persons, the living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms/toilets, 2 balconies and a veranda overlooking the swimming pool.

On the ground floor are the following :
-A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery.
-A spacious living and dining room with TV, radio-CD. The living room opens onto a patio, garden and swimming pool
-A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine

On the first floor are the following :
-Two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning
-One bedroom with single bed and a fan
-One bathroom with electric shower and toilet

Bed linen and towels are provided. House cleaning twice a week.
