Our super 3 and 4 bedroomed villas are situated on a small private complex with swimming pool in Belek, 20mins from Antalya airport.
They are fully air-conditioned for your comfort in the summer and heated in the winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you may need, and includes microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and all utensils.
The lounge is comfortably furnished to seat up to eight people.
Toilet facilities are available on this floor.
The second floor consists of a bathroom, double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, or 3 twin bedrooms depending on the villa allocated.
The third floor terrace is furnished with patio furniture and has an outside shower, or a double bedroom and kitchen.
The villas are within walking distance of the local shop and bar.
Golf Courses within a 10-minute drive of the villa
This area is set to become a major golfing destination for golfers of all nationalities. It offers outstanding golf courses, first class accommodation in lovely villas, water sports for the whole family, plus hospitality that is second to none. When you consider that you get all of this at prices that are cheaper than resorts of equal quality elsewhere, then you can see the appeal of the area.
We recommend you take some time to explore the Belek region’s history. There are many ancient ruins and mythical stories connected with the area.
Rental Notes:
TRANSFERS.
Transfers from Antalya airport can be pre-arranged with our keyholding company. Payable on arrival.
SMOKERS.
Although we do not have a ban on smoking we do request that you smoke on the balconies or terraces rather than inside the villa, thank you for your consideration.
LINEN
We provide bed linen, hand and bath towels per person. Please bring your own beach

Rental Rates:
Electricity is payable to our agent at the end of your stay. The meter will be read at the beginning of your stay and again at the end. You will only be charged the actual cost of electricity used.
