All our air-conditioned apartments are fully equipped with inclusions, such as colour TV, clock-radio, direct dial telephone, answering / voice-mail, cooktop, fridge, electric stove as well as a variety of small appliances.
Bondi serviced apartments are suitable for short and extended Sydney apartment stay for corporate accommodation or Sydney vacation rentals.

Rental Rates:
Winter rates start from A$550 per week, whilst summer rates over the summer start at A$700 per week for the budget studio and A$750 per week for the standard studio.



Daily rates start from A$105 for budget studio and A$120 for a standard studio. (Winter rates from A$85.)



Long term rates are available and special stand-by rates are available 3 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.

we syaed for 3 nights in Bod\\ndi budget serviced apartments. quite basic apartment but clean and fully equipped with rooftop pool. If you wish to go to a 5 star hotel,this is not your place.But if you want a budget,clean, fully furnished apartment in a great great Bondi location at very cheap rate-this is your place

great location, budget accommodation

These apartments are well maintained and very clean, we had an ocean view which was a bonus. The rooms themselves are spacious and come with a well equipped kitchen. It IS NOT a 5 star hotel but budget accommodation so do not have too much expectation.The location is great, 10 minute walk or 3 minutes way to Bondi Beach or Bondi Junction. Its only a 15 minute train ride to Sydney from Bondi Junction .Dont expect very upmarket accommodation, but if you are for budget accommodation

Great value in great Bondi location

Very central good location near Bondi Beach & Bondi Junction. Great selection of bar,restaurants & fun place around. Easy walk to the Beach. The apartment was basic but clean, well equipped and quite spacious for a couple accommodation. Very suitable to budget accommodation seeker at great location and good value for money.

Great accommodation for youngones

We stayed in Bondi serviced apartment ( two of us) for 11 nights. The location is excellent, very close to Bondi Beach and all the excitment in this area.The apartment was clean, fully equipped and there is a nice roof top pool and communal laundry on site. We loved the location and the accommodation was satisfactory .The rate was very good and there is a lot of yourg international people in the complex.good accommodation for fun and young ones

We stay in Bondi Budget Serviced apartments in Bondi Road for a week. Great, great location near Bondi Beach and the hub of activities for young travellers in the Bondi Area.The studio apartment was basic but clean and fully furnished , had good kitchen and there is a communal washers and driers in the complex. The roof top pool is great to catch sun and meet people and the veranda is small but good. Very reasonable weekly rate at great location
