The weekly rate for this condo starts at $525.00 + $30 (final cleaning) for up to 2 guests, including fresh linens/towels, cable TV with many english channels, unlimited WiFi Internet access, 24 hour security, secure covered parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes. Discounts are available for stays with a duration longer than 3 weeks. Minimum stay is 1 week as with all of our apartments. Booking early is always advisable, as this unit is very popular with our guests.

A security deposit of $250 US is necessary which is fully refundable to the guest upon returning the keys on checkout day.
