beeing 30 km south from CHERBOURG and the ferry, the house is ten minutes from VALOGNES , SAINT SAUVEUR LE VICOMTE and the médiéval town of BRICQUEBEC.
the sea is 20 mn either east or west.
and the D-day area start 15 km further south
the house was once a barn that has been converted 15 years ago and is now our family home.
it consist of one family room whith ensuite bathroom, one twin room and one double room , downstairs is a newly fitted kitchen , a charming linving room , all of that can consist in a complete and independant gite.

Rental Rates and Availability :
the rooms are available all year
the complete gite is 500 euros per week
the double room are 45 euros per night , the family room is 60 euros per night
evening meals on request with 24 h notice at 25€ per person variety of local cheese and wine included.

fishing near by on request
four different golf course half an hour away
cayaking ,horse riding , forest adventure ( tree climbing ) and other activities in the area
