Burnbrae is a traditional Highland cottage in a quiet village near Loch Ness. Warm and welcoming , even in winter, it is an ideal base for exploring the hills and glens of the Highlands. The Great Glen Way and Glen Affric for walking or climbing, fishing and 'monster spotting' on Loch Ness, dolphins in the Moray Firth, whisky distilleries, horse riding, golf, skiing and much more, are all within easy reach of the cottage. The world famous Urquhart Castle is only 3 miles away and for those with an interest in Scottish history there are many other important sites such as Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, Glencoe and Eilan Donan Castle to visit.
At the end of the day you can just relax in comfort with a book, DVD or a wee dram while you relive the day's adventures!
