Calvados Heights is a Caribbean holiday rental villa on the southern side of Antigua perched on the edge of Turtle Bay. The property has magnificent tropical gardens that surround the kidney shaped swimming pool and commands superb views of Montserrat and the coast of Antigua. It is a split level development in a peaceful, private position comprising a main house and a garden flat.
The main house can be rented for 4 to 6 people, while the air conditioned garden apartment accommodates 2 people.

The large pool has a sun-bathing deck surrounded by tropical gardens. The pool is approached by 2 staircases.

The air conditioned apartment is self contained with its own entrance from the driveway. The well-fitted kitchen leads to a large bedroom/living room giving a maximum of comfort. The bathroom and shower are well equipped. The accommodation has its own balcony surrounded by tropical gardens and private steps lead directly to the swimming pool below.

The house comprises an air conditioned master bedroom with King-sized bed, a dressing room and domed bathroom and a private terrace with steps down to the pool. The 2nd bedroom has air conditioniong, 2 single beds & a wardrobe . Both bathrooms are en suite, with shower, wash basin, hot & cold water & low level wc. The Master Bathroom has a bidet.
The spacious living room leads to an open dining veranda. A colonnade of arches leads to the bedrooms. The living room is comfortably furnished with antiques.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, large fridge and deep freeze, dish washer and breakfast bar.

The main dining area is alfresco, approached from the kitchen via the roof garden, and seats 6-8 people in comfort. Here you can enjoying the views of the garden and the ocean with sailing yachts that pass in front. The living room verandah also has a round table for dining which seats four. It is a comfortable open plan area for sitting - the ideal spot for a sun downer.

The house and apartment are never rented simultaneously to separate parties at the same time. Your privacy is respected at all times.
