A refundable £500 booking and breakage deposit is required at the time of booking
If you would like to book please enquire that the dates are available and on receiving confirmation please provide your fll address and contact number. I will then write to you requesting the deposit. The booking is held for 7 days on receiving the deposit this confirms the booking, the full rental is due 8 weeks before arrival date. The deposit is returned on receiving confirmation that the villa was left in good order with no damage or breakages.
On your arrival, you will be meet ny our local agents, they will welcome you in and run through the Alarm, safe et. The villa is cleaned for your arrival 2 week booking also get a mid clean included in the price, The Villa is cleaned on your departure
A welcome pack is also in cluded within the price included in the welcome pack is Bread, Butter, Eggs, Bacon, drinking water, Wine, beers, coffee, tea, milk etc.. Any extra you would like can be purchase for your arrival this will need to be paid direct to our local agents.
